As a team with eXp Realty we have a unique ability to offer consultations in our virtual team suite within eXp World. We can browse the web, look at documents and share screens. In addition, we can Facetime or ZOOM call you as walk through your home.
Example 3-D House Tour
We provide 3-D self-guided tours of your home that potential buyers can walk through on their own like an Open House 24/7. Buyers can walk around to view the home or jump to a location on the screen or from the interactive floorplan that shows the direction the camera was facing when the shot was taken. Should the need arise we can also do Virtual Open Houses using current conferencing technology such as ZOOM and others which is current supported by our HAR MLS and Realtor.com.
Should a potential buyer want a more interactive tour of your home we can do a live video tour with the buyer answering their questions and limiting exposure in your home. We can also ask other agents to do the same thing.
As part of our listing showing instructions we can instruct agents and buyers to wear gloves and masks. We also instruct sellers to sanitize the home before and after all showings and making sure all doors are open and lights on to minimize contact.
Using standard e-signing technologies 99% of your real estate transaction forms can be signed using digital signatures. No need to meet in person. In some cases you can even digital sign at closing.
If your lender (not applicable for cash) allows for e-closings you can sign from the comfort of your home or you can sign via mailout with a mobile notary. Agents are still available for questions and Envision Title, our preferred title partner, also offers ZOOM closings as well.
