Polly Ranch Estates

One of the oldest neighborhoods in Friendswood, Polly Ranch Estates was formed approximately in June of 1953. In addition to an airstrip, Polly Ranch has it’s own private park where Clear Creek & Chigger Creek meet. In the park there is a lagoon and an island called “Monkey Island”.
